Access Modalities and Entry Assessment
- Average access time: 2 weeks
- Completion of a prior questionnaire and/or e-learning module before the training to identify needs and adapt the content
Evaluation Modalities
- In-training assessments: e-learning module, quizzes, role plays, case studies, etc.
- End-of-training assessment: evaluation completed by consultants to assess the achievement of training objectives, immediate feedback questionnaire including a self-assessment section

Understanding Japanese values and norms
- Social harmony (wa) as a fundamental principle
- Honor and sense of duty: embracing giri and saving face
- Respect for rules, the group and roles
- The pressure of conformity and the fear of being isolated
- Codes of politeness and greetings
Working with / Managing Japanese colleagues
- Building a relationship of trust: patience and consistency
- Learning to practice implicit communication (Tatemae/Honne)
- Leading by example and with modesty
- Consensus-based decision-making (Ringi)

- The formality of meetings and their role in collective validation
