Our teaching method

Our team have put together a number of interactive educational methods to develop knowledge, interpersonal skills and intercultural know-how.

Our teaching is based on Intercultural Management concepts of Intercultural Management and in-depth knowledge of international situations to highlight key indicators and to propose aids to facilitate understanding.

The uniqueness of our way of working lies in the fact that it considers different situations from an intercultural aspect, and uses a specific approach.

The objective is to provide participants with the ability to better understand professional behaviour patterns in different cultural environments thereby significantly boosting their operational effectiveness.

 

Educational Method

  1. Prepare the training upstream provides a better return on investment.
     
  2. From the response frame developed by Akteos, the consultant takes as starting point the participants experience and lead them to acquire tool that will help them adapt in a multicultural context. Exercises and case studies promote the practical implementation of theoretical contributions.
     
  3. Monitoringis proposed after the training to enable them to make the best of it.

Evaluation methods

Akteos evaluates the achievement of the participants' objectives by using different means of evaluation of the acquired knowledge according to the subject, the types of training, the duration and the courses.


Synchronous training evaluation

During synchronous training, points are made to check if each objective is achieved. The trainer proposes different activities to evaluate the participants' skills according to a pre-established evaluation grid.

  • Situations and role-playing
  • Case studies
  • Quiz

At the end of the training, the trainer summarizes the participants' results.

Asynchronous training evaluation

In the Digital Learning modules, there are exercises, case studies and quizzes to evaluate the acquired knowledge.

Self-assessment tools can also be provided at the beginning and end of the course so that participants can evaluate their own progress.

The Nomad Profiler, an educational model developed by Akteos, is based on 10 cultural dimensions.
