Frequently asked questions

Here you will find the answers to the most frequently asked questions:

Training courses

1. What is the difference between intra-company and inter-company?

  • Intra-company training is personalized training, adapted to your context and reserved for your employees.
  • Inter-company training is planned on a schedule offered online during which your employees can exchange their experiences with employees of other companies.

2. Is it possible to organize training that is not included in the inter-company calendar?

When a training is not in the inter-company calendar, you can contact us. If the subject is too specific and there are not enough participants, we can organize it intra-company. You will then have tailor-made training, adapted to your context, and you can register several employees of your company.

3. What do the 3 areas of intercultural training correspond to?

  • The "Country" trainings give participants the tools to succeed in their expatriation, conduct business, recruit, negotiate, buy or sell in these countries. They are led by experienced consultants, aware of the most recent developments, who provide them with decoding keys to understand these cultures, communicate and work more effectively with the nationals of these countries.
  • The "Management" training courses deal with the management of people and multicultural teams around the world. They are led by intercultural consultants who analyze cultural codes and their impact on hierarchy, respect for rules, time management, trust, remote work. They give participants assets to develop their leadership and optimize their international management.

  • "Communication" training courses give participants the means to optimize their intercultural communication in writing and orally, remotely, in crisis situations or during international meetings. They offer techniques for speaking in front of an international audience. They are often led in English by communication specialists working in an international environment.

Intercultural

1. What are cross-cultural trainings for?

Intercultural training allows you to become aware of the impact of culture on professional behavior, to realize how you are perceived and to have reading grids to better understand your interlocutors. They give you tools to facilitate your adaptation to your new professional environment and to be more effective in your international mission.

2. What is the impact of interculturality in business?

According to specialized studies, between 60 and 80% of expatriation failures are due to poor preparation of employees for intercultural situations: lack of understanding of different corporate cultures; difficulties in adapting professionally and personally; difficulties in "decoding" the words and actions of foreign employees...

Cultural differences are often overlooked in corporate mergers and are the cause of many failures. It is not only a matter of understanding the national cultures involved but also of studying the culture of each company.
