- Adjust and embed professional practices
- Decode decision-making and negotiation processes
Access Modalities and Entry Assessment
- Average access time: 2 weeks
- Completion of a prior questionnaire and/or e-learning module before the training to identify needs and adapt the content
Evaluation Modalities
- In-training assessments: e-learning module, quizzes, role plays, case studies, etc.
- End-of-training assessment: evaluation completed by consultants to assess the achievement of training objectives, immediate feedback questionnaire including a self-assessment section

Decoding Indonesian culture
- Cross-cultural perceptions and first impressions
- A young nation rich in ancient traditions
- The influence of spirituality and religion on worldviews
- The role of Pancasila (national ideology) and the principle of unity in diversity (Bhinneka Tunggal Ika)
Understanding Indonesian values and norms
- Social harmony (rukun) and the importance of group cohesion
- Respect for social, religious and family hierarchies
- Saving face (malu): avoiding confrontation and debate
- The importance of relationships: patience, respect and good manners
- The role of politeness, greetings and marks of deference
Working with / Managing Indonesian colleagues
- Building trust through listening, loyalty and respect for hierarchy
- Communicating indirectly and with nuance: interpreting the unspoken
- Valued leadership: benevolence, gentle authority and leading by example
- Collective decision-making: slow but stable, through informal consultation
Adapting working methods
