Significantly increase participants’ effectiveness in their professional relationships with their Australian counterparts.
- Acquire an intercultural framework to better understand behaviors
- Explore the cultural reference points of the Australian context
- Decode communication and organizational styles
- Adjust and embed professional practices
- Decode decision-making and negotiation processes
Access Modalities and Entry Assessment
- Average access time: 2 weeks
- Completion of a prior questionnaire and/or e-learning module before the training to identify needs and adapt the content
Evaluation Modalities
- In-training assessments: e-learning module, quizzes, role plays, case studies, etc.
- End-of-training assessment: evaluation completed by consultants to assess the achievement of training objectives, immediate feedback questionnaire including a self-assessment section

- A society shaped by Indigenous cultures, British heritage and immigration
- The influence of geography and history on mindsets
- A culture marked by equality, humor and simplicity
Understanding Australian values and norms
- Egalitarianism as a core value (“tall poppy syndrome”, rejection of elitism)
- The importance of individual freedom and fair play
- Direct but relaxed communication
- A strong preference for informality and horizontal relationships
Working with / Managing Australian colleagues
- Creating a climate of trust based on authenticity and a relaxed approach
- Giving meaning without imposing: collaborative and informal leadership
