Access Modalities and Entry Assessment

  • Completion of a prior questionnaire and/or e-learning module before the training to identify needs and adapt the content

Evaluation Modalities

  • In-training assessments: e-learning module, quizzes, role plays, case studies, etc.
  • End-of-training assessment: evaluation completed by consultants to assess the achievement of training objectives, immediate feedback questionnaire including a self-assessment section

  • Time management: control schedule, define activities, estimate duration, control changes

Managing a project in a culturally sensitive manner

Through the study of the following dimensions: hierarchy, group or individual reference, professional relationships, disagreement resolution and decision making, prepare to :

  • Estimate and determine the budget, control costs
  • Plan quality management, update documents, manage and control quality
  • Estimate and obtain resources, develop and manage the team and cultural differences

Communicating effectively with stakeholders

  • Communication and expressing emotions: Planning, managing and mastering different communication styles and meetings

  • Plan for intercultural risks: identify, analyze and respond to them

  • Managing international and virtual teams and stakeholders

  • Closing the project and lessons learned

Adopting best intercultural practices for a project

  • List the identified skills
