- Acquire an intercultural framework to better understand behaviors
- Explore the cultural reference points of the Swedish context
- Decode communication and organizational styles
- Adjust and embed professional practices
- Decode decision-making and negotiation processes
Access Modalities and Entry Assessment
- Average access time: 2 weeks
- Completion of a prior questionnaire and/or e-learning module before the training to identify needs and adapt the content
Evaluation Modalities
- In-training assessments: e-learning module, quizzes, role plays, case studies, etc.
- End-of-training assessment: evaluation completed by consultants to assess the achievement of training objectives, immediate feedback questionnaire including a self-assessment section

Understanding Swedish values and norms
- “Allemansrätten”: the same rights for all, absolute consensus, trust in others
- The concept of Lagom: seeking balance, pragmatism, individual responsibility
- Relationship to time: strict punctuality, planning, meeting deadlines
- Relationship to rules and the unexpected: low tolerance for improvisation
Working with Swedish colleagues
- Sober, indirect and measured communication
- Relationship to authority: recognition, flat hierarchy, constructive and discreet feedback
- Management styles: participative management, employee autonomy, collective decision-making
Adapting working methods
- Meetings: preparation, balanced participation, consensual decisions
- Managing disagreements while avoiding direct confrontation
- Reliability, humility, honoring commitments
