- Decode decision-making and negotiation processes
Access Modalities and Entry Assessment
- Average access time: 2 weeks
- Completion of a prior questionnaire and/or e-learning module before the training to identify needs and adapt the content
Evaluation Modalities
- In-training assessments: e-learning module, quizzes, role plays, case studies, etc.
- End-of-training assessment: evaluation completed by consultants to assess the achievement of training objectives, immediate feedback questionnaire including a self-assessment section

Decoding Ivorian culture
- Cross-cultural perceptions and first impressions
- A hybrid society in motion: African traditions, colonial heritage, globalization, urban modernity and nationalism
- The weight of ethnic, linguistic and religious diversity in social life
- A general context of uncertainty: socio-economic, political, security and climate risks
Understanding Ivorian values and norms
- Relationship to time: flexibility, patience and adapting to the unexpected
- An implicit communication style that favors the unspoken
- The central role of the community, the foundation of social life and driver of solidarity
- Conflict management based more on seeking consensus upstream than on establishing a balance of power
Working with / Managing Ivorian colleagues
- Understanding the general environment and the management model
- Building trust by putting the relationship before the task
- Demonstrating your legitimacy in a nationalist environment
- Adapting to the model or gradually helping it evolve
