- Decode decision-making and negotiation processes
Access Modalities and Entry Assessment
- Average access time: 2 weeks
- Completion of a prior questionnaire and/or e-learning module before the training to identify needs and adapt the content
Evaluation Modalities
- In-training assessments: e-learning module, quizzes, role plays, case studies, etc.
- End-of-training assessment: evaluation completed by consultants to assess the achievement of training objectives, immediate feedback questionnaire including a self-assessment section

Understanding Brazilian values and norms
- Relationship to hierarchy: apparent flexibility, implicit respect
- The importance of the group, family and community
- The weight of interpersonal relationships in the professional world
- Relationship to time: flexibility, improvisation and a focus on the present
Working with / Managing Brazilian colleagues
- Building trust through informality and close relationships
- Practicing indirect and warm communication
- Adapting your leadership: charisma, emotional engagement and managing emotions
