Employees and managers who work in an international or multicultural environment and wish to gain a better understanding of intercultural issues

Objectives
- Acquire an intercultural framework to better understand behaviors
- Communicate effectively with people from different cultures
- Understand and adapt to communication and organizational styles
- Implement effective relational and collaborative strategies
Access Modalities and Entry Assessment
- Average access time: 2 weeks
- Completion of a prior questionnaire and/or e-learning module before the training to identify needs and adapt the content
Evaluation Modalities
- In-training assessments: e-learning module, quizzes, role plays, case studies, etc.
- End-of-training assessment: evaluation completed by consultants to assess the achievement of training objectives, immediate feedback questionnaire including a self-assessment section

Step 2: On-site or remote training
Recognizing cultural differences
- Identifying cultural origins and representations
- Recognizing your own cultural preferences
- Reading and explaining cultural differences in organizational styles, hierarchy, time and rules
- Observing attitudes, weak signals, silences and postures
Respecting cultural differences
- Adopting an open, curious and flexible attitude
- Identifying similarities, differences and possible misunderstandings
- Maintaining a positive mindset in intercultural interaction
- Adapting in complex or unusual situations
Communicating effectively across cultural diversity
- Adapting your oral and written communication
- Managing remote and face-to-face communication
- Listening actively in an appropriate style (questioning, observation…)
- Structuring clear and effective messages that preserve the relationship
Turning differences into levers for cooperation
- Adjusting working methods and defining common processes
