1. DE&I challenges for managers
- Differentiate between the concepts of "Diversity & Inclusion”
- Understand the challenges of "DE&I" for companies and managers
- Define the concept of "inclusive management" and discuss the 5 steps to achieving it
- Become aware of one's own stereotypes as well as conscious and unconscious biases, then take the Harvard Implicit Association Test
- Understand the legal framework in France regarding discrimination and its associated risks
2. Diversity in the workplace
- Develop an awareness of diversity within the company
- Map out the diversity of a team and assess the synergies and pain points
- Understand the specificities of multicultural teams
- Understand the unique challenges of inter-generational management
- Develop strategies to enhance communication and defuse conflict within a team
3. Becoming an inclusion manager
- Define the key competencies of the inclusion manager and complete the "Are you an inclusion leader?" self-assessment
- Reflect on one's own management style: emphasize strengths and identify areas for improvement
- Participate in an Action Learning session on "Inclusion Management in Daily Life"
- Identify key success factors to promoting inclusion on a daily basis
- Define a Personal Development Plan to enhance one's own management style and meet the challenges of inclusion
