1. Function and missions of the tutor

• Supportive approach: identification of the know-hows to transmit and of the work environment situations to use
• Role and function of the tutor mediation: message transmission rules, managing the tutoring relationship
• Relations of the tutor with the hierarchy 

2. Building a teaching frame 

• Identifying and listing the competences necessary to a task 
• Evaluating the level: person/activity/task 
• Organising the teaching

3. Pedagogy and the notion of learning amongst adults

• Welcome meeting
• Definition of the different levels of learning and progress
• Individual support and communication terms, leading interviews, building partnerships
• Phrasing and using evaluation indicators
