1. Function and missions of the tutor
- Supportive approach: identification of the know-hows to transmit and of the work environment situations to use
- Role and function of the tutor mediation: message transmission rules, managing the tutoring relationship
- Relations of the tutor with the hierarchy
2. Building a teaching frame
- Identifying and listing the competences necessary to a task
- Evaluating the level: person/activity/task
- Organising the teaching
3. Pedagogy and the notion of learning amongst adults
- Welcome meeting
- Definition of the different levels of learning and progress
- Individual support and communication terms, leading interviews, building partnerships
- Phrasing and using evaluation indicators
