1. Understanding the foundations and the evolution of the coaching practice
- Recounting the historical moments of coaching
- Identifying the different types and methods of coaching
2. Studying the need and rephrasing the demand
- Examining the context and the problem
- Analysing the formulation of the demand
- Putting into a contractual form the involvement of the parties
- Writing up the tripartite contract between the trainer/trainee/silent partner
- Respecting an ethical and deontological code
3. Apprehending the coaching practise in a company structure
- Basing oneself on organisation sociology to better accompany the trainee
- Defining the relations between the functioning of the organisation and the psychological structures of the individuals working there
- Analysing the organisations' evolutions: from hierarchical structures to competency structures
4. Spotting the different psychological structures
- Establishing a link between the different types of personality and the different managerial styles
- Measuring the impacts on the coaching style
5. Utilising personal development tools
- Identifying the main tools, their possibilities and limits
- Basing one's practice on their interdependency
