Objectives
- Getting acquainted with the juridical and social environment of staff management
- Understanding the bases of labour law useful to the HR department: employment contract, trial period, breach of the employment contract, time management and collective relations
- Getting complete knowledge of the fundamentals of social law and anticipating juridical risks of the HR functions

The delegates are invited to come to the session with working documents specific to their function's juridical environment such as collective labour agreements, contracts etc., so as to be able to better understand the links between the different kind of documents
