Building and Managing one's Training Plan

Who Should Attend

Beginner or expert-level Human Resources executives

Anyone participating in the elaborating of the training plan

Pre-requisites

Knowledge of the legal frame of training or having followed the "Basics of Training Regulation" training session

Objectives

By the end of the training session, delegates will have acquired tools to help them:

  • Better know the stages of the building of the training plan
  • Defining one's company training plan policy
  • Ensuring the budget management of the training
  • Monitoring the training team
  • Understanding the stakes of the function in coherence with the company's policy

The + of the training

Participants are invited to bring along documents they abide to in their function (training plan, OPCA agreements, annual spreadsheets, etc.) in order to analyse them and enable the sharing of experience

Outline Programme

1. Defining a training policy, building and budgeting the plan while integrating the different apparatus

  • Defining a training policy in line with the company strategy
  • The different training orientations and how to decide for the right one
  • Holistically look at the methodology of outline designing, planning the budget, comprehending communication amongst the different partners

2. Birth of the training session

  • Acquisition and/or pedagogic design
  • Building and setup of the internal offer
  • The training acquisition process

3. Training budget management and  optimization

  • Global budget and budget distribution management
  • Training plan and job retention of the employees: overview of the possible public aids

4. Setting up a training action and developing follow-up tools

  • Indicators spreadsheets, costs imputation, ratios
  • Building of an assessment apparatus

5. Identifying the role of RF and the stakes of the employees' position in the company

  • Monitoring the training department: distibution of the missions
  • Sharing the stakes of the training with all the actors
