Training for Trainers
Who Should Attend
- Anyone having to be in charge of training sessions (former experience isn't required)
- Anyone beginning a trainer course
- Trainers willing to formalise a pedagogic experience

By the end of the course, you will be able to put your newly acquired tools to good use to prepare, structure and lead a training session
The + of the Training
- The first two days are devoted to the acquisition of methodological basis
- An intersession work allows the delegates to prepare a sequence that they lead during the two following days
- The simulation exercises can be videotaped
Programme Outline
1. Adult teaching: the basics
Acquiring an educational vocabulary and understanding the notions of representation in the educational methods - learning, capacity, competency, progress and evaluation
2. Building an intervention
- Knowing how to formalise a teaching objective
- Elaborating the content
- Identifying and choosing an appropriate teaching method
- Elaborating the material, the acquired skills evaluation system
3. Leading an intervention
- Using communication in pedagogy: from information to training
- Knowing the rules of transmission of a message
- Leading and dealing with the group
- Starting the training and putting the group at ease
- Checking the level and the motivation of the audience
- Catching the interest and optimising the pedagogical realtionship
- Adapting to the group's needs
- Spotting the learning-oriented trainer's behavioural patterns
- Answering to the questions, dealing with the objections
- Handling difficult situations
