As a specialist in intercultural management, we have felt a natural need to develop a dedicated coaching service for our clients working in a cross-cultural environment.
Our team of coaches has been specially formed to help international managers to explore their resources and to develop their potential. Our coaches lead them to discover their own assets allowing them to achieve their professional goals, as specified in their coaching agreement. Being a part of coachee's environment, international dimension integrates naturally into coaching process.

Before selecting a coach for your programme, we check that he/she:
- has held an equivalent position to the person being coached
- has education and proficiency in coaching
- uses a specific methodology
- works in a multicultural business environment
- speaks fluent English
